Adjustment of Status
Hello all I have a question, my case was consular processing, everything was good with NVC and only had interview to go. Then my wife parole in the US, now we want to adjust her status, when submitting the form I 485 do we need to provide all the evidence they ask for or would they use the evidence provided from the i130 for the consular processing? Any advice would help thanks

you need to submit just the required evidence for i485 along with your approval notice for I 130

give them whatever they ask for, remember all evidence helps your case goes faster.
