adjudication 60 days
does anyone have an experience with uscis responding that they will be adjudicating i485 within 60 days . I feel like it’s a way to get me to back off as I have been applying pressure through my congress man and ombudsman . case pending since 2020 . Super fustrated

Yes, my Aunt was issued a RFE for bona fide evidence for her I-751 application then they’ll review the evidence and mail their decision

in my experience, they continue to miss the 60 days that they claim.

@real shada I already submitted medicals as part of the rfe about 9 months ago .

@Ade Obian hopefully they don’t ,ombudsman advised that o reached out to them if they don’t respond after the 60days so they can assist . This whole process has been crazy

@James martin sams it’s a shame ,same fo too ,I plan on suing that’s my next line of action .Case pending for 3 years .That’s just insane .
