Can someone who has done address change during case processing tell me the proper way to do it. my cases are ioe i485, i765, i130.

And do I do it from my account or my spouses account or both and do I enter all forms for both?

I suggest you to do in the both ways. Ar11 and online account. Uscis don't update right away and sometimes they still keep sending mail to the oldest address. Try to change your address in both ways.
