I think you should do what you feel like! I have read many posts that says “no don’t do it , it will delay the process” my question is, HOW DO THEY KNOW?? that in fact , was really what delayed and not something else?! I also have seen plenty of people here and Reddit saying that not long after they uploaded evidence, they got approved! I’m in favor of uploading it, if an officer is looking at your file and see that since you sent your application , that has been new evidence added, THAT could avoid RFE..I have added, pictures, trips, and new bank statements. But again, it’s just my humble opinion 🤷🏻‍♀️😁good luck !

I did upload a lot of evidence on my unsolicited document section and my case was approved without interview. I also go against these people here and submitted my medicals without RFE and was approved a week after they received it. please do whatever your guts tell you to do. good luck🙏🏾

I would say to wait until they ask for more evidence so you have enough on hand to provide. What if you upload them and they still ask for more evidence still? What else will you have to send? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I uploaded evidence up to 1 week before being approved, I don't know if that helped me receive my approval but for me it is better to upload everything and not wait for USCIS to send you a RFE notice.

@Amanda Del Valle I'm in total support of you uploading enough evidence on your online account The more the better..... it will give you soft landing and is a determinant if you'll be interviewed or have it waived

I saw in immigration updates to send K3 for faster process but I don’t know 🤷 I’m asking attorney this week and I also want to add more pics from trip abroad

from my own experience is that adding unsolicited evidence to consular processing is a waste of time, but adding them to AOS processing is the only way to go..

two months after my interview without a decision, I submitted more evidence online, less than a week I got approved for both 130 and 485, idk if there’s a connection or not but imo def give it a try!

add more to show your case is a legit one. you might get waived . if there are enough evidences, what’s the need to be interviewed?
