Actively Reviewing Notification
Hey all,
I just recently noticed that our case had an update. I wasn't aware of it before. We submitted our case back on June 20th of this month. The "Actively Reviewing" was updated on Sept 14th. And the case progress says it will be 2 weeks until a decision is made. I recently traveled to see my husband and haven't updated the case with pictures or flight and saty information. Is it too late? Or will uploading this new evidence cause a delay in our process? Anyone in the same boat!? 🥹🙏🏽 very nervous about this all. My case is currently at the California Service Center #marriage #familyvisa #June2023

@Ashley Castillo upload any new evidence you have in the unsolicited evidence document, just make them into a pdf file, I submit any new evidence I have and I was approved, no interview
