Why uscis takes forever to give decision for a case which is under actively review? Uscis is so unfair 😭

they said they no longer provide any letter for the acceptance so you got to check the uscis online account

thanks, i kept contacting them and mine was out of normal processing time keep calling because i think once you call the officers would be notified

you applied on October 2020 so you waited alot more than me i applied on September 2021 so i cannot contact them since its just 5 months and time frame is 14 months. Its a long long journey for me 😪
