@Sharry Vahed I did they only tell me my case at the fo and actively reviewing on September 5 not much information from them that is my second reviewing

@tas smith Maybe the action was that they moved your case from NBC to your FO?

@Sharry Vahed my case been at fo from February medical is the only thing missing from my application but I really don't know why they put us through so much stress I learn not to worry about every little thing you will go crazy sharry we can only wait to see hun

@tas smith that's very true. I really hope it's an approval since I have already submitted my medical. My case never went to a FO. it's in NBC. I'll post an update after I hear something.

Same here. I randomly checked myUSCIS yesterday and saw that my I-130 went from received to actively reviewing AND my I-485 went into a second actively reviewing (it originally changed from received to active review 5 days after they received it) so I was like woah. Spoke to Emma and apparently my I-130 was approved. No info on the I-485. So I waited all night and this morning I got the same e-mail about action being taking but on myUSCIS they still both say they are being actively reviewed as of 09/08. I’m hoping this means my I-485 is approved as well. My PD is 06/23/2023.

today I also received same email but didn’t changed anything in cases. @sharry Vahed how do we know our case is transferred NBC to any other place ? where can I find this information ?

same i got email on 09/06/2023 when i checked nothing.then i checked on 07 sep i found apprval notice of i-765 and then yesterday i again got email..and i am keep checking but nothing

same here got mine around 7am but I see that my i131 says case closed and no approval yet has popped

@Milty B It's great that your I-130 was approved! Did your I-130 status change at all on the USCIS website?

@ram p I chatted with a live agent yesterday and asked if my case was still at NBC and she said yes. I knew my case my was at NBC because that's where I sent my RFE response.

@O O just keep trying, some of them are not helpful at all, well most lol. just be annoying about it until you get someone that helps

I get email after they approve ead that email was about them close my i765 so guy check the top of your i765 to see if it say case close that could be why you getting these emails

my i130 just went to actively reviewing. Nothing else happening right now. EAD didn’t go to card produced yet. We will see what happens next. @tas smith @Milty B @Sharry Vahed @ram p let me know if something happens with your cases!

@Sharry Vahed just wondering did you got any further update on your EAD, I didn’t get any notification for card produced and mail . any idea how any days it’s take to get card once recived approved doc ?

@ram p I got the EAD approval notice in the mail yesterday. I haven't received the actual EAD card. My I-765 still says "actively reviewing" since July 17.

@ram p my I-765 status just changed to "card was produced".

@B T I got a status change email from USCIS and it was for EAD card production. @tas smith My interview was waived. USCIS received my RFE response for my medical exam, and I have been waiting for a final decision since August 4.
