access USCIS
hi All,
I have a receipt number and can track my case online or here but I am not able to access the USCIS account.
I have never received the informations to login.
I have asked my lawyer and he said he cannot access either.
anyone know how can I solve the issue.

you have to creat your account in uscis, then putting your case number it will show your case information.

@lou ma you have to create an online account in “my USCIS”.
Then once you have the account, login and in my profile “add new case”. you’ll be prompted to enter your receipt number and you’ll see your status from there or continue tracking in lawfully

@Em already done all what you are talking about, I am missing an online access code. unfortunately i cannot post a screen shot to show what I am talking about, I have messaged them and they said they gonna reply by 2 April and nothing ….
