Hello,
Had anyone had issue adding their case on USCIS account?
My lawyer filled for me I got a letter with access code to add the case but I get error that the case has been added already and I do not see the case in my account,I can't get a real person from uscis to ask.

say info pass when you call and the machine started to give you options

just make another uscis account. the same thing happened to me. i had three cases and only two of them would be added. i had to make another account with a different email address i had and it work
