when you file i-130 my experience was this. got a i-767 one month later. do you have a USCIS online account? get one you can do many things in there via tools and communication with USCIS and so on. https://my.uscis.gov/

I filed online so I have the receipt number which start with IOE but I haven’t received the notice letter for me to know my processing center

l just read it now takes 8 to 9 weeks to get receipt notice from USCIS.
