abuse spouse dead
I contacted my lawyer about the dead abused spouse and she said we are going to update the vawa case by sending death certificate and some documents she sent to them bfr with writing documents to uscis to informed them about his death.i dont knw if anyone have the issue bfr and also solution.thanks everyone

were you still married to him before filing your vawa? if already divorced, you do not have to send no death certificate or update any information.
