About upgrading after naturalization
Hello Good people please i need your opinion concerning upgrading my i130 frm F2a category to Cr1 since i jst bcame a citizen,,my confusion is that when i compile the necesary documents SHOULD I MAIL IT TO CALIFORNIA WHERE I MAILED MY i130 bfore it was transfered to VERMONT or i should mail it directly to VERMONT as i already know it is the center processing my case?

i did not recieve any i-797c that notify me of the transfer of my case from california to vermont but i checked with Uscis they informed me my case has been tranfered to vermont service center,means i should send my upgrade to vermont direct RIGHT

Hello @verm sc F2a - i am in a similar situation and have 2 questions. After you sent the request to upgrade now that you're a citizen (category IR), did you receive any confirmation from the USCIS? Also, how long did it take for you to be scheduled an interview after the upgrade?
