No, you do not qualify because you don't have any tax record with IRS as of 2020. But you will get something if your spouse claimed you as dependent on the 2020 tax return because your spouse will put your SSN on the tax filing and IRS will see that in the file.

SSN alone does not make you qualify for the stimulus except with a tax record or being claimed as a dependent. But, that's what I know. I might be wrong. If you inquire from experts, there might be a way around it that can make you and your partner qualify for it.

You dont need to work to file tax, let file tax "married jointly filed" with your spouse. Then they will update your info then they will pay
