AB5 (Assembly Bill 5)
Hello, anyone knowledgeable in this Bill? I have a friend who is an architect and working as a contractor, and a company would like to have him work for them for 20 hours a week. The contractor has a pending visa not yet approved.
Should this scenario compromise any of the parties involved?#AB5 #AssemblyBill5
