My father’s case was approved in 6 months and my mother’s case approved in 11 months. Both filed on same day. Texas center

oh, thank you for giving me hope. I actually filed 3months ago and it hasn’t shown anything like active reviewing that’s why I felt concerned about it.

Hello I applied for my Mom and Dad for Dad it went Texas and My Mom went California currently for both cases the status Case was received and recpient notice was sent im currently 83 days for both of my Parents are aboard and I’m currently us ciztien @I am blessed 🌹 @inga Budueva

@Abdulla Obaid it took 78 from the date we submitted their forms to I-485 approval. Houston, TX

Yeah Like I said My Parents are living overseas it been 84 days since We submitted the application and it showing me as the status case Received and we sent you recpient notice !! My question is does the status supposed change or stay like this until it approved I thought it supposed to said actively reviewed something like that ?? @Marian B

It should change to “we are actively reviewing your case”. @Abdulla Obaid but sometimes their website doesn’t update.

if you are doing adjustments of status, in the usa. it takes 8 months. otherwise it will take 14 months. I’ve been waiting for 13 months and nothing
