that was pretty fast. are you sure you were not meaning to write 03/DEC/21 because they aren’t even treating DEC/20 cases yet, they are still in NOV/20.(very slow). Anyways, congrats. My case was also moved from Nebraska after submitting a RFE in OCT/21. Origunally my PD for I-130 was MAR/21

can u tell me how can I talk to emma?my 130 case is at nvc stage in my country.but rfe shows 16%@LAWFULLY APP.WHAT does it means?and the r demanding my marriage file again is it normal?when I will get my interview it's been 2 years..

Emma cannot answer your questions if the case had been approved and out of USCIS’s jurisdiction. Your case is at your home country now, right… if so, you’ll need to contact your home country embassy. Has nothing to do with Emma or USCIS anymore. And lawfully don’t give accurate predictions or tells you what’s next. Also Lawdully can’t predict time line for a case at the NVC stage/ embassy. You probably need to delete the app now, except you just want to be seeing peoples posts, comments etc

they still haven’t rejected my K3, but it’s coming soon. And I’ve seen a lot of cases from late 2021 being approved in Vermont. And some from earlier 2021 too. unfortunately for some reason some cases of 2020 are still stuck. :( Mine really was from December 2021. One of the quickest I’ve seen in Vermont. For all of you still waiting, I wish you luck!

what did u file with the I-129f only the notice of action of I-130 ?

NOA1 Marriage certificate my husband’s passport my husband’s birth certificate form I-129F form G-1145 that was it.

@Nane. How long did it take for you to receive notice of reciept for the K3. It’s almost of a month haven’t received notice yet for that

We received it pretty quickly actually. We sent the package on a Saturday, they received it on Monday and we got the text message on Wednesday. The letter came the next week by mail. Maybe ask Emma about your case, but if they haven’t received it yet, just send another one.

did everyone submit beneficiary’s copy of passport? I just had to double check two times and it doesn’t list to submit the spouse’s passport or birth certificate..just passport photos..I submitted my passport and marriage certificate, our baby’s passport and that’s it.
