a little worried
good morning. I have a question . A month ago they asked me for proof for my case. After that I went online and said that they would make a decision in my case last week. until now it only appears Estimated time until case decision:
Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You will be notified if you need to take any action.

don’t be worried. Thats an automated thing and a lot of peoples cases and up with that status. my 131 has been taking longer than expected for 6 months. it’s just based on some computer generated average time to completion. ignore my progress entirely.

same here Estimated time remaining until your current step is completed said 5 months yesterday said 4 weeks and today again went to 5 months. help what does that means

@F É honestly it probably means that your case is moving along and it may get looked at soon. if it doesn’t change that means it’s been sitting in the same pile for a long time. from what I have seen a change in processing time means it’s moving. good luck
