935 Days waiting
My wife and I have been waiting for 935 days for approval of I-130. I am a US citizen by birth. we have tried everything, Senate inquiries, House of Representstives inquiries, I have affidavits from
high ranking officials, contacted the ombudsman nothing seems to work, any suggestions?

file a mandamus. A judge will force them to make a decision. Something is wrong with your application. Once they see a red flag even if its just suspicious without prove, they just dump your case aside.
