935 Days waiting
My wife and I have been waiting for 935 days for approval of I-130. I am a US citizen by birth. we have tried everything, Senate inquiries, House of Representstives inquiries, I have affidavits from
high ranking officials, contacted the ombudsman nothing seems to work, any suggestions?

file a mandamus. A judge will force them to make a decision. Something is wrong with your application. Once they see a red flag even if its just suspicious without prove, they just dump your case aside.

they said “case is being processed within normal time” and refuse to give any more info. I’m lodging a new request for senate and congress support, last request was 6 months ago
