your PD needs to be prior to September 8, 2020. so you are close but, unfortunately, there are predictions of retrogression of F2A to August 2020 in July 2023 visa bulletin.

@Michael L May you help me please because I don’t understand very well? My PD is November 2019 , do I have any chance to get an interview date soon? I got approved Feb 26. 2023 but I had to file I-824 form. So its good for the current situate with visa bulletin?

@Michael L To request further action on an approved application or petition. So in another word my I-130 got approved but they lost the letter when I write the place of interview and I had to file this form just for that 🙄

@Florina Kopaci Ya so you wouldn’t have to worry if your PD is 2019. because current priority date is September 2020. only risking retrogression to August 2020. so you are well before that.
