896 days pending, Interfiled EB2 to EB3 USCIS Online Inquiry Problem and solution
I would like to share a fact, because of the interfile, the USCIS online inquiry system only recognizes the new receipt date from the EB3 receipt date, it won’t let me submit online inquiry even though my PD was in 2021. I called last week didn’t told this to tier 1 agent, and he wouldn’t transfer me to tier 2.
Today I used chat with Emma and pasted my brief case history, and the reason why that I can’t make inquiry by myself. Got live agent’s help and received an update on my case, it’s been transferred out from NBC to Manchester Field Office. And as always, the agent replied “Your case is processing normally”🫠
