which service center did you mail the 1-824 to because they receive my 1-824 from 28 July I see that it is at the Benifit center and it is still not been approved to send to nvc

NVC website says as of Nov-14, they are processing case received on Oct-11. So, within 2-3 weeks we should get the welcome letter
