8 months and counting, the anxiety is so high
I'm trying to be patient but it's so hard. my husband is US citizen and I'm Canadian, hoping that we hear something soon. I know it's not as long as some but still doesn't make it easy seeing that the possibility of this can take years 😣😵💫

I’m also Canadian! I’ve been in the US on work visas so I am doing an AOS. I know this is super stressful. 130s are taking about a year… a few more months to go and I’m sure you’re good to go!

one year before the interview date or a year before completion? any idea? this is all still so foreign lol. I'm sure hoping only a few more months! Fingers crossed for us all a quick process

@Avril w so are you in Canada or the US? these are usually approved in 12 months. not sure about the steps after that but there’s lots of people here doing this!

@w s I'm in Canada, I wish we did it while i was visiting. I'm just not sure if the 12 month wait is total time of process (including medical and interview) or if it's just the time period before they give the interview date. 🤔

yea all these people doing AOS from a tourist visa to green card are getting approved faster than me. I’m at 11 months and counting.
