I’m eligible on Feb 20 and decided I’ll file it on the 20th. I see no sense in waiting because uscis actually sped up the naturalization processing times by 20%

@waiting — yeah, worst case you move first with the 400 which is generally faster. then you only have to wait for the 751. you avoid stalling

so I’ll be honest guys, I’m very nervous because I see Texas just churning out these l-751 and California was really back logged but they have sped up immensely in the past few months. I constantly see approvals from both Cali/Texas for 2021 without interviews or rfe but the fact it’s Vermont is making me very nervous and they keep increasing the processing times. The last Vermont 751 approval on here was over a month ago. I think if I file my N-400 maybe they will move my entire file to NY so I can get interviewed and done. I already studied for the test and have an appointment with an attorney just to go over my paperwork.

best of luck, waiting! yeah. Vermont 751 can take up to two years now. i would go ahead with 400 and get it over with. then just wait. what did you study? any resources? difficult stuff to remember?

oh I studied the 100 naturalization questions from the uscis page but I knew most it from school.? its the senators of ur state at the time you take the test that’s changes over time we must keep on top of but it’s 100 questions, answers supplied on uscis website and they will randomly ask us 10, we have to get 6 right. I’ll keep u all posted
