I received approval on my I-730 petition, and I also had an open I-589 case. I was scheduled for a Master Calendar Hearing in November. I want to close the I-589 case, meaning file a Motion to Terminate. But my attorney told me I will still have to attend the Master Calendar Hearing, and the judge might not grant my Motion to Terminate.Please give me advice,who have same situation?

@tick Tock the next day after interview in lawfully i got approved,the approval paper by mail i got after 1week
