70 DAYS SINCE MY MEDICALS WERE RECEIVED
My VAWA got approved and then the USCIS sent a RFE. It was for Medicals I-693 for Adjustment of Status I-485.
I mailed the Medical forms back to USCIS and they confirmed the receipt.
It’s been 70 days and I do not have the interview notice, nothing. It’s handled by NBC as the RFE shows and not the field office, but I am in Chicago.
Any thoughts or recommendations?

All Green Cards come from NBC so it’s either it’s approved in NBC or Field Office but regardless NBC produces the card…So you’re still very good and Congrats in Advance

at least they asked you for medical, people been waiting and they havent even submitted the RFE yet.

Same boat! I live in Chicago. I sent it to NBC 11 days ago and I’m still waiting for response. my attorney told me that it can take from 2-3 months to 2 years!!!

Never heard or seen anyone that waited 2 years to get green card approved after vawa approval. is either 2 to 3 months or 6 months to 1 year that’s it.

@Kay Kay you never heard that’s true but now situation is worst and everyone will see what they never seen or hear before . uscis is delaying for no reason.

Uscis is obligated to issue those cards if there are no red flags within 12 months after vawa is approved. if not they could get a lawsuits flying from everywhere.

I will advice to always check your mailbox..I’m in same situation,I just found an interview letter that was sent since last month in my mailbox but there was no update on my case online .

if you have Attorney then they will be notified first regarding the notice
