@Jackie Rodríguez because my lawyer said complete that now but my other friend who is like the same situation he submitted everything after approval of 601a. so I want to know when you submitted that because some lawyer just want money didn’t even care about clients. because they get money to complete ds-260 now and future if nvc need tax file and other documents they can charge me again. I already contacted to nvc they said it’s ok just I have to contact about my case once a year. but they said it’s not problem if I do now or later. so please tell me when you did that?

@Nargis Sultana so when I submitted my 130 and it got approved they automatically send that app a to nvc and a case is open in the process of the 601 my lawyer just kept checking and updating not to close nvc case now that we got the 601 approved all we did was submitted the needed documentation since we had nvc case already open
