60 days after medical RFE no response
I contacted Emma and an agent chatted with me and told me: “I placed the request for you. The referral ID is: T 1 B…78. You should get that response through the email within 30 days. What am I to expect in this 30-days response email guys?

@Ola O I submitted a service request today. it’s been more than two months since I replied to an RFE for my spouse us birthday certificate.

@Ola O submitted a service request on Friday (60 days after sending the RFE response). Then got a message in my inbox (reply to another request) that they received my RFE on Saturday and got the same confirmed through Emma today. But my case status has not been updated and still only RFE sent…

642 days still waiting for approval since September 2021. Today, I've reached the 60 days after RFE Response received.

I had to wait 6 months after they received my medical exam and talked with Emma 3 times.
