599 Days and still no EAD or TPS
At this point I’m just defeated, it’s been 599 days nobody should have to wait this long just to get an answer to if they can work or not. It’s like they want people to just give up. almost 2 years of waiting and still nothing.

This is infuriorating.
I feel for ya. I have been waiting for an EAD now since 09/12/2022 based on AOS. I réalisé mine is a little complex and could take time, but if you have the means, consider à Mandamus. they have 30 days to décide on your case.
TPS isn't à forever status, so they shouldnt take this long!
After reaching out to my Congressman and senator, my only option is to sue them.
