58 days after USCIS interview and still no update
Is this normal? I went to my interview on January 6, 2026, and I still haven’t heard anything from USCIS. My case has been pending for about 700 days, and I’m married to a U.S. citizen

I assume you filed a complete I-130, AOS concurrently filing based on your last comment about being married to a USC. If this is the case then based on the number of days it has been pending this is still within the normal processing time. It usually take a few month after interview before any final decisions can be made. Additionally, USCIS officers are reviwing these applications with a higher level of scrutiny so expect delays. If you do not receive any updates within 3 months you can reach out to Emma of contact USCIS customer service line. - Attorney MaryJoy Chuba (All information shared here is for general educational purposes only.
