guys, I heard some people did that it worked . They called call Center made request to speak with Tier2 officer, then officer called back and the petitioner explained all situation ,after two days they got approval

@Jacob Needham did you guys ask Emma? insist on speaking to someone. You definetly should have heard something already. Also Vermont had a backlog and cases were transferred to Nebraska and Potomac centers.
