500 days of vawa wait
hello all.
it’s been exactly 500 days since I have applied. got my EAD and AP approved few months back.i wish I can hear some good news sooner than later.received one PF last march. my case says it got transferred to a different office , was stuck in that status since Feb 2023.
god, let me out of this stressful wait soon.

@sam m this is way too long wait. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
