$500 additional fee from ENVOY
I am a client with BDV and already paid them in 2 big payments. I have recently received my medical RFE and BDV is not responding me whereas I have been asked to pay $500 upfront from ENVOY in order to respond it. is there anyone else having the same issue or not having any response from BDV?

if its only medical rfe u can just submit on loction mentioned to ur letter sealed its not complicated

if its only medical they are asking. send it with the original rfe letter on top of medical.

you can mail it yourself. very easy. Envoy will take a few weeks

that is unacceptable as BDV fee was supposed to cover everything. BDV has been really unhelpful recently.

the fee is for changes in USCIS fees since you started the process. basically fee for EAD and I485 have increased, and they are only making us pay that difference.
