@It’s possible you are right - and this is important part - 80% cases not 100%. I got my decision in 5 and a half years...

it shouldnt be taking that long… threaten to sue! There should be a processing time cap for when you should reach out to inquire about your vawa if no decision has been made since that specific date! i filed in 0ct 2022 and i cant inquire about it until April 2026 and im planning to if no decision is made up until then!!!!

I filed Oct 2018 for denied in sep 2023 and refiled now I got 2 PFs . Hope should hear this year or wait until 2027! I can wait … 🤣
