5 Cases behind moved ahead of me 😢
I checked Lawfully Analysis and it says 5 Cases behind moved ahead of me.. this is depressing.. did they skip my case now 😩 I’m starting to lose hope.. 12 years ago I was married and filed an I-130 and got divorced 8 years ago.. this is my second I-130.. I submitted all necessary docs.. I hope it doesn’t take longer now since I had a previous I-130 in the past.. :/

I understand the frustration, it’s just depressing, seeing others that filed after you getting approved and you’re just at a standstill, I know every case is different but damn, they got to do better. I been thru your situation but I got divorced before I got a chance to file thou. I filed in June 2021, my 130 and 765 approved, still waiting for a decision for my 485 I been had my interview since Dec 2021 no word from uscis to this day.
