@alaa darwish what's your FO? If U have your own copies of your medical, U would have uploaded it via your USCIS account with photos of the sealed envelope.

I received the RFE yesterday. and yes it did change online

@Hanny G the RFE was dated one or two days after the I130. the status changed on Monday. and they sent it regular mail i dont think USCIS uses express mail tbh but am not sure

they approved my I-130 on july 27th then they sent my Rfe for medical that same day i response August 11th they received it August 21st which is monday then on the 23rd my status changed to”we are reviewing your case”so i did not upload copies or anything just USPS

@alaa darwish I think USCIS uses Express Mail for card delivery.

Everyone’s case is different. I sent mine in 4 months ago and they still haven’t responded, I’ve seen others get answers in less than 10 days. Hopefully they respond to you quickly.
