Dr Neil Jaddou 👆. This one I found recently. Planning to go here. Rate is affordable when compared with others. My first one is expired. Did it with Kiranmayi but had to travel multiple times bcoz her staff messed with bloodwork.

submitting medical would depend how far your PD from processing date.
AA NJan 16, 2026
thankyou so much @J Z and @pij carce ,did you guys know that medical go with 485 application or after ?
AA NJan 16, 2026
my employer said its with 485 but the lawyer i will hire for my family 485 says its not so i was confuse
AA NJan 16, 2026
@J Z i heard about Dr Jaddou that he is coperative also Dr samina ghazi is very nice
J ZJan 16, 2026
@N j thanks for the suggestion. As your employer said you need to submit medicals with your I 485 form . Medicals do not have expiry date now. Pls verify that you get Polio vaccine bcoz Uscis made it mandatory and most civil surgeons were unaware of that rule.

if new medicals doesn’t have expiration much better if you submit this doc together with your I485 (AOS) application.

during my time, as per my recollection, medicals expire after 2 years.

@J Z @pij carce very imp question if you have any opinion .i and my daughter has all the michigan immunization record but my spouse has no record of any immunization as never received any vaccine here ,only at home country those records are old .is it ok to have immunization here in USA through PCP Alas covered by my insurance or must to get it from civil surgeon as it cost alot separately ??
AA NJan 20, 2026
secondly if somebody has no old home country record will the medical must have all the doses for required immunization or one dose is enough ? as we dont have time.to get it done if one vaccine lets suppose tdap require 2 or 3 doses ,as all cant get in one day requires to wait months in between and i have to apply 485 in feb

@J Z

@N j Yes your husband can get it done with your PCP. You can show his immunization record to your civil surgeon. Some doctors do antibody bloodwork for some vaccines and based on the test results will give prescription to take vaccines. Can go to CVS for vaccines and it’s covered by insurance. Some PCP will provide it in their office as well.
J ZJan 20, 2026
@N j I think you need to take only the first dose for the medicals exam. You can finish the remaining doses later. Better to call any civil surgeon’s office to clarify this.
AA NJan 20, 2026
yes thanks much @J Z i checked website of uscis and its confirmed that take only one dose and its accepted by uscis.
pij carceJan 21, 2026
you may attached immunization taken at your home country. do it right the first time rather than receiving an rfe. it could save you a lot of time.
regarding immunization locally, you may get it from cvs at no charge. just ask what is the most important vaccine to be taken and the rest later on. I’m not sure but vaccine for shingles and flu are very important.
pij carceJan 21, 2026
the clinic you chose for medicals would also evaluate the immunizations taken in your country. better to bring those during your scheduled medicals.
May I know what’s your PD?
AA NJan 21, 2026
@pij carce 7/7/2023
what if someone has no old records from home country ,i dont think so it matters if you get vaccinated here and have good immunity blood labs titers done .
pij carceJan 22, 2026
your clinic of choice for medicals will surely inform you on the important immunization/vaccines to take.
since your PD is in July, better submit your medicals together with your I485/AOS applications. discuss this also with your lawyer.

@J Z just an update ,i went to Dr jaddou ,he is ok very straight fwd ,labs go to troy beaumont
AA NJan 31, 2026
but for xray he has its own at sterling and not covered by insurance as he dont accept. and he said he dont deal with blood titers to check immunity ,its direct immunization record so need vaccination if somebody has not done yet
AA NJan 31, 2026
@pij carce yes def will apply with medical
J ZJan 31, 2026
@N j thanks for the update. I have already done my medical 1 yr back in Philadelphia. But later we had to move to MI. I was checking for a new doctor bcoz I don’t know if there’s any mistake in my medical envelope. if Uscis finds anything, I have to get a new medical. Our case got retrogressed for 3 years and became current this month only. Filed AOS in June 2022.
