@Adiko kadiko NBC don’t conduct interviews but USCIS field office close to your adress will call for interview and wait time is between 1 month to 9 months as mentioned which state you are in

@F A I’m from California, but they start moving only after I submit WRIT OF MANDAMUS but I think they have around 60 days to schedule interviews right or am I wrong?

Yes, if you filed WOM then they have 60 days to conduct your interview and give you a decision. I wish you best of luck.
