@M I the reason was natural disaster. humanitarian yes. I said I want to be with my loved ones. and I lost my friends in the earthquake happened in Turkey.

I live in Utah and my case has been transferred to Chicago FO! I think some local offices are too busy and they are sending the casesnto others to reduce the backlog.

@favor me👩🏽‍💼 what are you talking about❓❓❓❓all this is saying is that they have sent his application to another field office which has less backlogs like they have been doing with a lot of cases…there are many cases that have been transferred to different field offices around the country since the Covid-19 pandemic this is because uscis is trying to clear most of the backlogs that are in the offices especially those that were closed in the early stages of Covid and reopened in the late stages after the pandemic.

hey @kimmy DN, I was only talking out of frustration this process has caused everyone here. uscis has the power to approve this case right away without all these grammar. I know about moving cases to another FO because of backlogs, be blessed

my case was requested by field office February 2nd 2023. Finally 3/1/2023 it made it to the field office. maybe yours will make it there soon.

@baris kurt my lawyer placed an inquiry few days back. but he not optimistic to hear back. he said 40% of employee left newark to a new office in cranberry. my case i485 went back to actively reviewed back in April 1st and nothing after that. I contracted the Congress man for assistance few weeks back. but nothing also.

@w B just spoke to an agent on emma.. was told that “right now since your interview was completed office that has jurisdiction over your application is currently still reviewing your application from the interview that was held please continue waiting at this time as more updates will be provided on your application”
