485 denial, it was submitted based on J1 waiver FR from DOS
Hello Friends After 3 months USCIS decline my case straight without RFE since I submitted my 485, 1 week before the actual approval from uscis.. EB1A What are my options? Can I start immediately the 485 process all over again? TIA

I got favorable recommendations from DOS but not actual waiver from USCIS when I submitted i485

what reasons USCIS mentioned in the denial letter? I read Chen's DIY Package for I-485 and they strongly recommend to attach I-612 waiver certificate with I-485 form else your denial chances will be very high. I think this might be the reason.

Manish, I attached the receipt number of I-612 and its mentioned clearly in 485 instruction one can submit it based on favorable recommendation from DOS

S M:- yes you are absolutely right. USCIS instructions for I-485 mentioned that you can file on the basis of Favorable recommendation but Chen's DIY packet says it is advisable to add I-612 to avoid potential denial by the USCIS.
