AOS 485 application based on approved NIW I-140 was transferred to Asylum Office
Hello - i learned from the USCIS agent that my adjustment of status application I-485 case based on approved I-140 NIW was transferred to the Houston asylum office on September 14. I simultaneously have a pending asylum case. Does anyone here have some experience? What will happen next? How do I get the asylum to transfer the case back to the USCIS for adjudication?your thoughts are much appreciated.#485 #asylum #i485

@Azi A do you have any update on your case? I am also in the same boat. I have asylum case pending and my EB1A application got approved. I was wondering if I can apply for AOS here in the US. I would appreciate if you can share your experience and your attorney information. Kind regards.
