@nina my attorney did infopass on 1st September and told the case is assigned to an officer and expect feedback within 30days.

i heard in some case they can do legal action but I don’t now what kind of legal action means! when I googled it says u can request judicial review

i was almost close but they changed it back to Nov 2019 again! it was 19.5 months but since last week it turned back to 21.5

they don’t need more time to make a decision, they had enough time, how they can approve case first 2021 at same center but they need more time for us, that is ridiculous
