@Eugenie C yes, even twice. they asked the same things twice. I believe they lost the first evidence that I sent them

@Ruslan Vakhitov from what I see from other posters, when they receive your evidence, the timeline updates to “evidence received”. I applied several days before you, but my packet was complete. I am planning to sue them the day after my case is outside of normal processing time. These delays are ridiculous.

@Ruslan Vakhitov since you have no update that they received your evidence, I would assume they never did. Have you sent it by certified mail? Have you checked the tracking number?
