@A Johnson my 130 is still at “received” lol. I guess they didn’t care to look at it to see me and my husband have been together almost a decade with 2 kids 😂. could have been a quick one had they opened it.

@Tomas Ramirez yea day of biometrics. I think it’s because I’ve had 4 work visas before that. and Canada has connected background checks. it was automatic. that was my saving grace. I am a workaholic.

@Tomas Ramirez have you tried to expedite it through a congressperson? due to financial hardship? want to be sure that if your spouse is sponsoring you that you don’t say she doesn’t make enough, but with a baby on the way it makes sense to try to expedite it on those grounds.

@Tomas Ramirez go on USCIS Reddit page and find out how to do this. lawyers are notoriously f*ckimg lazy and don’t want to try.
