wang, i cant get passed the automated woman voice from the number

same here filled in may 29 and no bio I have called 3 times and put in a request but nothing happens.

if you want to go pass the woman on the voice just say “info pass appointment “ when she askes you how she can help you

it took 6 months for me

mine took 3 1/2 months. 485/765/131 submitted 01st Sep biometrics scheduled for and carried out on 18th Dec

@R K mine is same as Matt F. National Benefits Center with an MSC (Missouri) receipt. I am in south Florida

My PD is 7/14/2020, NBC. and I was waiting for 5 months no any mail and I called them to check what’s going on. they said need to make appointment because COVID and they help me scheduled for biometric. after call, one week I get mail to biometric on 1/7/2021. right now my case just said ready to be scheduled for an interview.... no EADyet .

I just got off the chat with Emma and thru agent and they said they send out the notice Friday for feb 4 almost 9 months

@wang what number you called and which option you selected to reach a human.

PD 9/21/20 5 months waiting for a Bio App. I called and got thru to someone twice however they said Im in queue for an App but havent gotten one yet nor can they say when its to be scheduled.

I waited 9 months and just had bio last week 🤦🏻‍♀️

@matt f tell me bout it 😒 mind you I had first biometrics for i131 & i765 on nov.13 with code 2 and nothing changed until I had the biometrics appointment for i485 code 3 as for now it says “finger prints taken”. USCIS is a mess right now

yes Matt, ts expected.. some field offices take super long. Almost 7 months for me now and no bio appointment 🤞🏽

@matt f yes back in November.13 and nothing changed regarding the case updates until I had my second biometrics

@kath Rod why did you have two separate biometrics? when I had mine all three (765/131/485) were updated with the Info with that one visit and ead/AP combo was issued very quickly after that. now waiting for interview/485 approval. did it have something to do with fingerprint error maybe?

@dave I have no idea my very first bio was for may initially for i765 and the i485 but due to covid the offices were closed so when they reschedule it 5 months later I only go it for i765 & i131 code 2 only and then eventually January the code 3 for i485. I was told that if you file all 3 together you get only 1 bio but apparently everything was a mess for uscis when they was rescheduling bio appointment

@dace what’s you Pd and bio and your field office if you don’t mind me asking how long after you did biometrics you got your combo card.

@kath hi Kath. my PD is actually June 2019 as my I-140 took ages to confirm as it involved a frustrating RFE that we had to respond to. once finally approved 485/765/131 were submitted 01st Sept 2020. mine is dealt with at national benefits centre with MSC code. biometrics taken 18th Dec 2020 at Oakland Park, FL ASC and got the combo cards through the post literally 2 weeks after having done the biometrics.

@Matt Today I am getting letter in Mail. i will tell you what is it for i think it will be for 485 and 765 but the status changed on my 765 pnly that Biometrics scheduled

adjustment from F1 is very slow. i see other people who are adjusting from F1 and their process is taking way more longer than usual. it took 7 months for me to get Biometrics appointment. rest I see other people who got their Bio in 3,4 Months
