3rd prima facie
hello, m’y prima facie expired last night, this morning my lawyer contact me and said I got another one that will not expired until 2024 jaunary, I applied in June 2021.
my question is can a decision be made before the PF expired ? or I need to wait until it expired ? any ideas ? I am just curious

The PF is actually nothing tangible to put to use. The good thing about having it sent while awaiting approval of your petition is that your case is on face value meritable and stands a chance of getting approved. Apart from that, it’s expiration is really no big deal.
