when is your date with 360? sorry for asking straight

i think my application is missing or something, however was on December 2020 mostly got approved.

@red dead ; how did you know you’re in removal process. could you please help me for that . stress of uscis never end it.🙏🏻

@hope hope go to the Department of justice website.. just type ( eoir status ) and google will take you there. put your A-number and see if there’s any removal in your record. btw you will be fine since your vawa got approved. prepare your I-485 .. I’m sorry I forgot, you were married to a US citizen ?

@red dead : I did not get any removal things , was married US citizen. my 485 was submitted with 360 , pending for 1169 days . I saw they put my prayity date 08/14/2019 , however I applied 360 and 485 on 12/21/2020

@hope hope 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 prepare your I-485 and file asap. since there’s no removal in your record .. don’t worry !! 👍🏾👍🏾.. consult with a lawyer or file it by yourself by watching YouTube videos. they explain it step by step. it will help you out. your filing is straight forward now.. I’m happy for you .. file it and 8 to 15 months you should get your GC. 🙏 and always remember this is not a legal advice it just based on my experience.

@red dead thank you for helping me, I went through the website and did show any removal on my A number. I already had my 485 , it was submitted on December 2020 ,now is pending. have to wait until they ask for RFE medical form , interview at end approval. hope time passes quickly.

@red dead ; Hi my friend! firstly, I really appreciate you for helping me, I spoke with my attorney to make myself free , he said this thing like what you mentioned,this isn’t related to my case🙏🏻. do you know approximately when they will move my 485 from Vermont center to local office? also they bring my proyrity date from 2020 to 2019 , do you think that changes can help me to get my interview sooner, also I was married to US citizen? please hele with your answer. my mom isn’t in good health, her concer came back , I feel myself bad, she needs me now

@hope hope you’re welcome anytime. it’s hard to tell when , but you might get approved without an interview if they ask for your medical. I’ll suggest that you get your medicals ready since it will be valid for two years. once they ask you for it then you can immediately mail it to them and win time. the process will take 6 to 15 months to get your GC. so I hope you hear soon from them. sorry about your mom, if you don’t have your I-131 then you can get an emergency advance parole for a month from a field office and go see her and come back, if you can’t wait 🙏
