same. I filed on Sep 6 2022 and still nothing. No EAD card either…

We have the same Pd. My i-130 still says Receipt notice sent. I strongly believe this month we will see some progress on our i-130 since it appears that they've finally started processing September 2022

stay strong, I guess I need to get off this app since I just filled i130 for my husband it was received June 29 2023. and just come back next year😂😂😂

Don't lose hope. Our PD was Jan 2021 and just got approved August 2nd. ❤️

that is exactly how I felt. my case was "being actively reviewed" since Sept 5 2022 and we just recently got approved. We also had just the I 130. But we were with Nebraska center. We didn't get RFE or anything. We never got any updates. We could barely get ahold of anyone to talk to. Everything sucked. BUT... When you get the approval, it is the best feeling in the world (almost). The only thing that can top that is when you finally get to embrace in the airport. I'm still waiting for that part. Hoping it is very soon for you. Hang in there.
