@Ps s No, it started on October 18, 2022 with Venezuelans with form I-134 without the A that they already had for other countries and in January they entered the program with the other 3 countries and Venezuela with form I-134A
On November 11, 2022, we received your Form I-134, Declaration of Financial Support, Receipt Number IOEXXXXXXXXXX, and sent you a notification of receipt or a notice of acceptance. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in this notice.

I just clarified that you could have 322 days if you are Venezuelan even if the form was whithout the A🙄 , still started on October 2022
