@baris kurt it’s Dallas FO.. I started at El - Paso and my first interview took a whole day.. 8-3pm in Feb 2020 they were trying to convince my wife that I was trying to use her after separating us and asking a lot of questions which we passed all.. second interview was in Dallas office in June 2022.. and it took just 15 mins but no response.. I saw a Call In letter posted on 10/5 to come for urgent matter in 10/19.. it was another separated interview but didn’t take too long.. I was first for like 30 mins and my wife went next for like 15 mins..
you must have to follow up with service request, asking for a tier 2 call back, Mandamus and etc.. don’t just fold your arms and wait. ask questions.. let them know you are waiting.. those are things I had to do
