@Maximus Spaniard How do you check if they received a RFE (green mark checked)? Can you explain to me?

@Maximus Spaniard hey they placed it since the beginning of this month. the rfe was received , 20th April. the green check is may 3rd and my case status is active review for the second time .

it’s almost 6months sent it the end of February and green check ✅ was the march 1 they received it nothing since made 3 inquiries 2 got lost apparently and the 3rd is 30 days I should call back if I don’t hear anything from them. that will be my case anniversary

Can you explain to me how am I supposed to see green check mark?

@Rona S since they changed your status to rfe response received, I think there is no need to worry. They will sooner or later make a decision on it

I’m hoping too but my case is far from over as I didn’t submit medical initially so I’ll of to wait again for another RFE for that first was for affidavit and other stuff@Maximus Spaniard

PD sept 2021. USC 4 spouse living overseas still waiting for I130 approval. Soon it will be 2 years.
